This blog was started by Dawn Koffler, the MD of Redbows Ltd - one of the UK’s leading promotional gift supply companies.
Redbows started actively marketing on the internet in 2005 and has experienced tremedous growth. The company has a new estore in development at www.promotionalgiftsstore.co.uk as well as a number of other marketing related websites.
This blog is meant to provide an ‘interest’ window into the life of a promotional gifts consultant and general comments on the promotions and marketing industry. We shall try to explain what we do and how to avoid the pitfalls that can make purchasing promotional gifts such a nightmare for some people.
My promotional gifts consultants are fairly unique and somewhat idiosynchratic individuals. They are great at their job because like me: they do not like a hard sell, are passionate about service and try to have fun! Everyone involved with the company, across the UK and other countries we source and operate in has been selected because they are so committed to what they do.
We hope this shows through in our everyday activities. We know that it is the reason why we have customers ranging from FTSE 100 down to small clubs and organisations who keep coming back to us. We like it that way and when you get such high customer satisfaction ratings and a great client list you know you have a company and team to be proud off.
