Redbows Is A Top 15 UK Promo Gifts Distributor

Well we were totally made up last week when we found out that we were one of the top 15 promotional gifts distributors in the UK. The Sourcing City awards are made up by votes from our peers including distributors and suppliers into the industry and so this is a major accolade for Redbows and justification of the last 6 years work developing the business. We are almost ready to sign off 2011 as a year in which we achieved BPMA Charter Distributor status and certification to ISO 9001 and ISO 14001. All great achievements and the Sourcing City result just helps to cap off another amazing year at Redbows.

Advent Calendars Tick The Box For Christmas

Promotional Chocolate Advent Calendars are all the rage again this Christmas. Each year this product continues to attract interest at Redbows and we are fortunate to be able to offer clients two types. Our part-personalised promotional chocolate advent calendars have a small area within a standard template design, into which we can overprint a 1-4 colour logo. The rest of the design is chosen from one of our standard templates. Our fully personalised promotional advent calendars are printed to a client’s complete design. The real point with advent calendars is that they provide a great brand reminder for an organisation and something that the recipient will turn to each day in the run up to Christmas; from the beginning of December. We have a number of options as well including Fairtrade, UK and Belgian chocolates and postal cartons. Budget Calculator Optimises Gift Spends

The new Budget Calculator from Redbows is a great little tool that allows you to search our Promotional Gifts website for branded gifts using two or three parameters including: total budget spend in UK pounds and quantity required, plus a search by individual product type or collection. The nice thing about the budget calculator is that it helps clients to optimise their budgets, find gifts online that they could use in their campaigns and it is really easy to use. We just love technology at Redbows and adding useful features such as this to our website helps to improve our visitor’s experience and find the branded promotional gifts they need.

Redbows has achieved the coveted BPMA Chartered Distributor status. We are thrilled with this latest accreditation as to our standing in the promotional gifts business and approach to the supply of promotional merchandise. 2011 has been quite a year for Redbows and the Chartered Distributor status is added to the ISO 9001 and 14001 certifications received by the company for its quality and environmental management systems. BPMA is the British Promotional Merchandise Assocation, with whom Redbows has been a member since 2005.

Marks and Spencer Vouchers

The first batch of our Marks & Spencer vouchers left our office last night and are winging their way to some lucky clients. We like to say ‘thank you’ at Redbows for trusting us with your promotional gifts orders and their delivery and fulfillment. The voucher idea just seamed the right way to do this as it is personal but also something that can be shared. For clients who cannot receive vouchers like this we offer to donate the equivalent funds to our chosen charity – Starlight.

Dawn our MD has been spending some time taking part in industry debates on LinkedIn – the business networking site. Dawn’s linked in profile can be viewed at: http://www.linkedin.com/in/dawnkoffler and recommendations are always welcome off course. What’s nice about LinkedIn is the informal way it connects industry people with clients and suppliers and allows them to take part in special groups – such as that run by the British Promotional Merchandise Association (BPMA) – sharing information and comments that can only help to further shape both policy and direction of industries like ours. At Redbows we also use Facebook and Twitter as further ways to connect with clients and spread our message about promotional gifts.
